Spin buttons 2nd position were not working. Fixed crash when configuration file was empty or missing. Added context menu to left and right preview windows for Load, Print, Rotate and New.
The following Canon tray printers are now supported: Added Chinese language thanks to Xuimei Pu.
Tested with the latest printer drivers versions 1. Updated the Russian translation. Context menu was empty if not translated.

Added grayscale option for skins. When saving a changed or added format the hole size value was allways reset to 0. Added initial Online Help. UnderCoverXP is available in 25 languages: Format names are now translatable only Dutch, my native language, is completed for now.
Added context menu to left and right preview windows for Load, Print, Rotate and New. Initial UI language is now set to the language of the OS. Manually edited positions were not used. Removed CRC check from language files. The one thing that undercoverdp missing however is LINQ because those extensions are packaged in the new System.
